Dr. Ayemobuwa Victor Oriyomi is a distinguished architect of institutional governance and a seasoned diplomat who has operated at the apex of global stewardship, from the United Nations, the African Union, to the Minnesota State Board of Trustees. With over fifteen years of experience in complex business systems and an academic foundation comprising an MBA and a Doctorate, he possesses the technical precision required to translate legislative policy into structural excellence. As the author of the N’ITESÍWAJÚ Charter, he is dedicated to establishing the "Ocean Citadel," bridging the gap between local potential and global standards for the people of Ilaje
